Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: Merchandise purchased at original price is accepted for a refund or exchange if returned with tags and in unworn and undamaged condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that we cannot issue any refund on stained, damaged or worn merchandise.
Returns: Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy. We only accept returns or exchanges of styles purchased at regular price. Please contact us here with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange, your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that we will deduct a return shipping fee of $15.
When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records.
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. Additional discounts do not apply to sales items.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the new color / size or and style on the return/exchange mail. Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges. If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by us or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
